Properties, applications

Sarabid TS 300

Levelling agent for PES dyeing, nonionic, Sarabid TS 300 foams to an acceptable extent in a jet dyeing machine, having good levelling properties and oil emulsifying properties as well.  In most cases, a separate prewashing prior to dyeing is not necessary with Sarabid TS 300.

Sarabid ATS

Levelling and dispersing agent for PES dyeing, nonionic / anionic, low foaming, Sarabid ATS has adequate levelling, dispersing and migrating properties and additional dyeing auxiliaries are normally not necessary.

Sarabid EMS

Levelling and dispersing agent for PES dyeing, nonionic / anionic, Sarabid EMS prossesses outstanding levelling, dispersing and migrating properties and additional dyeing auxiliaries are not necessary.

Sarabid EP

Levelling and migration agent for dyeing PES and other synthetics, nonionic, Sarabid EP prossesses excellent levelling and migrating properties towards disperse dyes and could level out differences in stretching and streakiness caused by the material.

Sarabid PD

Levelling and dispersing agent for dyeing PES and its blends, nonionic, highly concentrated, Sarabid PD has excellent levelling, dispersing and migrating capacities towards disperse dyes, particularly suitable for application in package dyeings.

Sarabid TCA

Special dispersing agent to remove oligomers in PES dyeing, anionic, Sarabid TCA can disperse and wash out oligomers  in the dyebath, avoiding their recrystallization and thus preventing material and machine from soilings by oligomers formed during dyeing, and also improving rubbing fastness of the dyeing.

Sarabid PAW

Levelling agent for wool and polyamide dyeings, pseudocationic, Sarabid PAW is mainly applied for dyeing wool with acid and reactive dyes, for dyeing polyamide with acid dyes as well.

Sarabid SMG-N

Levelling agent for polyamide and wool dyeings, anionic / nonionic, Sarabid SMG-N regulates the rate of absorption of acid and 1:2 metal complex dyes and improves their migration capacities, preventing colour streakiness caused by material. It is also suited as a leveling agent for wool dyeing with acid dyes.

Sarabid NHC

Levelling agent for polyamide dyeing, pseudocationic, Sarabid NHC regulates the rate of absorption of acid and acid metal complex dyes on polyamide, it promotes dye migration and it results in dyeing with good levelness free from barreness.

Sarabid OL

General leveling and dispersing agents for dyeing wool and its blends, nonionic, Sarabid OL is particularly suitable for:

Dispersing agents for dyeing acrylic with cationic dyes.

Levelling agent for dyeing wool with 1:1 metal complex dyes.

Dispersing and leveling agents for dyeing fibre blends: PAN/CO, PAN/PES and PAN/WOOL.

Levelling agent for dyeing half wool.

Sarabid FP 2

Levelling agent and reserving agent for polyamide dyeing, anionic, Sarabid FP 2 in the dyebath competes for dye-sites with anionic acid dyes, particularly with monosulphonated acid dyes.

Competition for dye-site results in slow and even absorption and better dye mobility, which will lead to level dyeing. In the dyeing of PA/Wool, Sarabid FP 2 acts as a reserving agent enabling the two components to be dyed tone-in-tone, and if needed, conventional pseudocationic levelling agent such as Sarabid PAW could be used in one bath to improve dye migration. In the dyeing of PA/Cellulosic fibre blends, Sarabid FP 2 prevents cross staining of direct dyes on PA component.

Sarabid PLF

Levelling agent for polyamide dyeings, anionic, low foaming, Sarabid PLF,  in the dyebath competes for dye-site with anionic dyes. Competition for dye-site increases dye mobility and enhances even dye absorption, competition also eliminates barreness of dyeing.  Additional migration properties can be obtained by using Sarabid PAW, a conventional pseudocationic.
